PSDM and Covid-19

The safety of our community members is our highest priority. We are aware of growing concerns regarding the Coronavirus (“COVID-19”) and are closely monitoring the situation. If there comes a time that a community member is confirmed to have or is believed to have the virus, the local health department needs to be notified, and the community member should contact Centers for Disease Control (CDC) for guidance regarding appropriate measures to take. If you are exhibiting symptoms such as fever, coughing and shortness of breath, your first call should be to your medical provider who will determine their risk and if you should be tested. Any questions are best handled by local health officials and the CDC. We are cooperating fully with CDC and local public health guidance and are taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our valued community members. In an effort to ensure we are serving our residents in the best way possible while doing our part to mitigate the spread of the virus we have implemented several new strategies. Our offices will be open “virtually” meaning that they are staffed and ready to assist customers via phone, web and email.
